Verifying Shipping Details
- Please make sure to enter your address and mobile number accurately when placing your order to avoid any delays or additional fees.
- Recipient details cannot be modified after the shipping waybill has been created, unless permitted by the shipping company.
- International numbers cannot be used for orders within Saudi Arabia. A valid Saudi mobile number that can receive calls and WhatsApp messages is required.
Shipping & Delivery Time
- Riyadh: 1 to 5 business days.
- Outside Riyadh within Saudi Arabia: 3 to 7 business days.
- International orders: 7 to 14 business days.
All delivery times are estimated and may be affected by public holidays or unexpected logistical circumstances.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect shipping details or the customer not responding to the courier, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment.
- The store is not responsible for customs fees or delays caused by customs procedures for international orders.

- You can track your shipment through the shipping company using the tracking number after your order has been prepared.

- Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is completed, unless shipping is delayed beyond the stated timeframe.
